Establishment of comprehensive mechanisms for capacity building among members Capacity building take several forms, and will be determined from time to time. It may however, take the form of linking member organizations with funding op-opportunities, organizational development, HIV&AIDS programming, advocacy, information on action research etc, there for the Secretariat managed to provide in-formation and links members with institutions undertaking capacity building. Those institutions such as Tanzania Gender Networking Programe which provided training on Gender and Gender Budgeting, and Research for poverty alleviation on Public Budget expenditure analysis. |
